I have 5+ years experience in formulating and communicating ideas into stylized messaging and graphics, both in print and web, to consumers within the Financial, Retail, Wholesale, Home, and Pet Industries.


Having built my own Retail & E-commerce business, being Art Director and Marketing Director for a retail brand, and helping to build service-oriented brands, I know retailers and consumers alike. This proves to be valuable when planning strategies, developing messaging and creating successful collateral, packaging, websites and ads.

Also having SEM (Search Engine Marketing) experience, I can direct the optimization (SEO) of websites and the social media strategy.


Print: I can take a printed piece from concept to completion: developing the messaging, creating the graphics and preparing it to send to print. I also have a list of vendors previously used for packaging, displays, P.O.S., collateral and credit/debit card production.

Web: With basic programming knowledge (PHP, Javascript, and AS 2, 3), strong experience designing in HTML with Stylesheets (CSS), some Flash skills, and an understanding of CMSs (Content Management Systems) and eCommerce, I can develop my own websites or direct a team of developers.

Whether it's creating an identity system, developing a marketing strategy, or researching other brands in an industry, nothing above would exist without first developing the brand. I've done it with Surf Dog, been instrumental in developing strategies for other start-ups, and helped reposition Futura Card Services.


Eureka! I enjoy the process of generating ideas, researching the market, flushing out the pros/cons, making sketches and determining the marketable of a new product/service/brand. Put me in a room with a group of creatives and a dry erase board and I'd be in heaven.


Have an unruly office pet or a new puppy? I had the retail stores, have dog trainer friends and most recently had 5 dogs, so ya, I can kinda do the Cesar Millan thing.


I enjoy playing Basketball, Softball, and Football, just in case you don't need a creative but you do need a sub for next Wednesday's game.
